Neil Dugdale

A commercial leader with 30+ years driving pharmaceutical growth across European markets. Neil was the former CEO of Flynn Pharma and Interim Commercial Director at Rosemont Pharmaceuticals with global commercial responsibility. Previously, he served at Sobi as Vice President and General Manager, Northern Europe, and General Manager, UK and Ireland; as UK Country Lead at GenSight Biologics; and as Director of Oncology at Merck Serono. Neil has a proven track record building and scaling commercial operations in rare diseases, oncology, and specialty therapeutics across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Middle East.

Sean Roberts

Sean has more than thirty years’ experience of operating at board level in FTSE 50 companies. He has held key roles which have involved him at very senior levels in strategy development, M&A, technology licensing, corporate regulation, risk management and joint ventures. Sean’s major deals include the merger of GlaxoWellcome and SmithKline Beecham, and creation of global consumer healthcare joint ventures between GSK and both Novartis and Pfizer. Previously, Sean was SVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at GSK Consumer Healthcare (now Haleon following its demerger from GSK) and Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer at Imperial Brands. He has extensive expertise building legal and compliance frameworks in complex, regulated global pharma businesses.

Simon Egan

Strategic management and business development entrepreneur with 40+ years transforming complex business scenarios into actionable plans. Founder & CFO of Alverium Health, a contract biotech company with a unique approach to pharmaceutical commercialization. Previously Finance Director and Founding Partner at FleetEurope PLC, Partner at TISE Associates, and Senior Group Manager at Unilever. Ian Crouch

Nick Plumeridge

Jamie Hawkes

Previously, he was Global Head of Hair Care Technology at Lonza, and Technical and Operations Director at Perachem Ltd. A recognised innovator with 36 granted patents, 31 pending applications and 30 peer reviewed articles, he has extensive expertise in R&D leadership, innovation, technology commercialisation, manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, IP strategy and leading multicultural teams to bring disruptive technologies from concept to market.

Gal Kaspi
